Agreement

By accessing or using Socialize Experts products or websites, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the products or services.

Products and Services

Socialize Experts provides websites, automation services, Smart Trackers, browser tools, templates, and other digital products. Product descriptions, availability, and features may change as we improve the products.

Smart Trackers

Smart Trackers are app-style interfaces that help you create, view, and update tracker records in Google Sheets owned by your Google account. You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, backup, sharing settings, and ongoing management of your Google Sheets.

You authorize the tracker to perform actions you request, such as creating a Sheet, adding rows, reading tracker rows, updating rows, and syncing tracker data. You may revoke access through your Google Account permissions.

Accounts and Access

Some products may require access to a Google account, browser storage, third-party APIs, or other services. You are responsible for maintaining access to those accounts and for complying with the terms of any third-party service you connect.

Purchases and Digital Products

Digital products may be delivered by download, link, hosted app access, marketplace delivery, or another method stated at purchase. Unless a specific refund policy is stated on the product or marketplace listing, purchases of digital products are generally final once access is delivered.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the products, interfere with their operation, attempt unauthorized access, violate laws, infringe intellectual property rights, or use the products to harm others.

Intellectual Property

Socialize Experts owns the design, code, content, product structure, and branding of its websites and digital products, except for third-party materials and user-owned data. You may use purchased products for their intended purpose, but you may not resell, redistribute, clone, or represent them as your own unless a written license says otherwise.

No Professional Advice

Trackers, templates, dashboards, and generated summaries are informational tools. They are not financial, legal, tax, medical, or professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and consulting qualified professionals when needed.

Disclaimers

Products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free results, compatibility with every browser or third-party service, or that a tracker will meet every individual requirement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Socialize Experts will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities arising from use of the products.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the products after updates means you accept the revised terms.
